I don't think I would try and repair it. It has a pinhole because it is rusting out from the inside. Your best bet would be a stainless tank, and it doesn't get much closer than Jim in Lethbridge. Alternatively, I have made an air tank before from an old fire extinguisher. You can usually get them for free when they are 'de-commissioned'. You will need to weld an adapter to it, but it's fairly straightforward. Some guys have even made tanks out of coleman propane bottles, but more fabrication is required.
