Oh Sheesh he's joking.

FWIW we missed a toll going to Chicago due to construction craziness. They always say just run them and they will bill you so ok NP.

2 months later, no bill.

Wife called them and tried really hard to pay it, but they needed to know the date, time and which toll booth is happened at.

Right... sure, we only know approximate time. they couldn't search by license number either.

It was Father in laws car, and hes gone now. Problem solved :P
