You don’t always need a new gasket.
If the gasket looks OK (no tears or breakouts or burnouts) I would suggest that you coat it both sides with Permatex Ultra Copper RTV and replace it.
Torque it to the proper value — its in the maintenance manual.
It is important to retorque a manifold a hundred or so miles after installing it.
That might be why you have a leak.
As to new gaskets most of us are now using Remflex gaskets. RF11-001 is the one for Headers RF11-003 is the one for stock manifolds
