I would think that most people that own a Mercedes don't care about the cost of an oil change! ;-)

A lot of Mercedes take 9 quarts so more dilution by volume. For the price of a 15k oil change at the dealer, you could change your
oil every 3k so 5X and still come out cheaper. Not to mention the other required services they find when you bring it in.
