I would source a newer inverter set if I were to do it again.
The EV6010 has a LOT of praise around here, but frankly I am not happy with the noise. Everyone says "it's not louder than the Onan just a different sound because it's 3600 rpm".
Bull crap. The EV6010 sounds like a lawnmower at max rpm at all times. The only time it's tolerable is when you're driving. The Onan is considerably quieter. Also the noise comes from the fan and the engine itself, so muffler changes don't much do anything.
