Really though the only difference between the two is Yellow is thicker. Same material, PTFE.
Theres also pink for large fittings, and Green for oxygen

J, thanks for the information on the fittings...however, you should consider using yellow teflon, it is only teflon approved for propane. white is for
water and may leak over time if used on propane. The big box stores carry it.
