So I have tracked down the leaks in the front. 3 of 5 running lights were leaking but those should be fairly straight-forward. The last 3 leaks I need help with:

Driver -

I assume the 2 on the side can be dealt with by sealing the joint on the roof where the cap meets the body. What is the best way to do this?

The one on the windshield needs more investigation on my part. I haven't looked from the outside yet to see if I can tell where the source might be. Maybe someone on here has dealt with this leak before?
