Bryan,
In manual X7525, go to section 4, page 4-27. Paragraph - Air Bellows installation, subparagraph 4. The manual says50 to 60 ft/lbs. In the last 18 years or so I have never used a torque wrench because of the socket is difficult to source. I have always used a large combination wrench.

Both the X-7525 and the the 78 Supplement X-7725 are available for download. Only the X-7525 has any info on the air bag torque.
