Karen,

You might check, but a lot of times the group camp sites do not have power
as they are normally used by tent campers.
I will be taking an Oregon map with the eclipse route marked on it to the
49er meeting this weekend and get feedback from all that are there. Have
marked all of the Oregon States parks and rec areas on it also.
Another possibility is staying at La Pine State Park and cruising north for
the actual event. It is close to the Bend/redmond area.
