There is a guy (in Canada?) that makes and sells new galvanized frame rails.
I can't seem to locate his info now but will continue looking.

Rails
You'd be correct and the best way is to measure everything with the frame
and body separated, however I'm trying to prepare my CAD designs in advance
of disassembly. Also it's difficult to have the coach apart for an extended
period of time where it's located. So I'm working to design and build the
parts as much as possible in advance. I do have the interior stripped and
the floor out.
