You might want to check the top of the air cleaner for level, maybe the
engine has settled on the left side.

I was going to make a similar post to this one, in that my air cleaner is
also rubbing on the hatch in the same exact spot. I was going to question
whether the air cleaner should be level/parallel with the hatch as mine is
not. See below pictures. Body pads were replaced several years ago and now
I noticed the hatch rubbing on the air cleaner. Air cleaner is on the carb
correctly. So I guess what needs to be replaced next is the front donuts?
Are new ones available? I don't recall seeing them on JimKs website.
