OK, so I am practicing.... I drug my photo over to this reply box and it created the above url. I copied it and pasted it to this box.... let see if it transmits and what I have to do to view the photo....

Unfortunately, that's not a URL, it's a link to where the picture is on your own computer. You might be able to see it, but we can't.
I use a site called https://postimages.org/ I upload my photos there and then when you want to share them it gives you several choices, I pick "Hotlink for forums" and paste that URL here, it includes the proper brackets and coding to make it visible on the forum.
