Jake,

You've gotten most of the possible recommendations for bending the arm back
into place. DON'T follow your first inclination to replace the arm, at
least not until it's certain you can't repair the one that's on there. You
see, the entire rear suspension, bogie, both arms, air bag, etc., etc.,
must come off to replace an arm. Then you've got the problem on reassembly
of restoring the same shim arrangement as before (or, more accurately,
making sure it's re-shimmed properly). Frankly, I'm not sure there's
anyone alive today who really knows how to do that shimming -- except for
the repair manual.

You CAN bend it back -- I did two of them (in the other direction) in
Alaska in 2000 using a bottle jack.
