One of the things I like most about my Palm Beach are the louvered cabinet doors. I think they look rich and elegant even though they rattle and rack. Some of the larger doors are kind of wobbly. My friend has a Kreg pocket-screw jig and suggested I try it.

Well, the first door took about 30 minutes to get past my learning curve and trepidation about drilling into my beloved cabinets. The rest of the doors took less than an hour in total. They are nicely tight with no more racking and I’m hopeful that they’ll be a little quieter. Along with the Feed N Wax polish that Jerry Work suggested these are looking very nice. This is the tool I used and would recommend it to anyone who wants to build with pocket screws <http://www.kregtool.com/Kreg-Jigreg-R3-Prodview.html>
