Bob, we rented two 17 ft trucks, 3 double wheeled trailers, and one single wheel trailer from you guys for our return trip to AL.
All people we worked with at U-Haul were very helpful. Because it was over the Christmas Holidays, we were "given" extra days.
(Local office closed for Christmas Week).
Only hassle was a load shift keeping the rear door from opening. Young man on 1-800 number was less than helpful.
Lessons learned:
1. Never move over Holidays.
2. Do you own stuff, or does it own you?
