I gotta disagree with the majority here. My wife (before we were married) got her Masters at an Ivy League school and paid with it on a large credit card. We went on lean burn and eventually paid it off. I say shed everything you can and dedicate it to paying off your debt. There are things you couldn't afford if they were given to you free. Once you are out from under the slavery of debt, you regain control of your life. Just being on a path towards that will do alot to ease your anxiety.
