G'day,

I agree with Dennis, when the bearing on Double Trouble's middle axle
started growling I replaced them at Dan's house. I found traces of grease
that was red. I did not have it analyzed therefore I can only say I BELIEVE
it was Mobil 1. I decided to use Valvoline Synpower on everything as I only
have to carry one grease gun. Here in Australia I bought some Caterpillar
Desert Gold that Bob Cook "told" me about on the GMC net as Valvoline
Synpower is not available here.

You may want to check your Mobil One grease regularly -- as some have
abandoned it for bearing packing. Seems it liguifies and leaks out.

Most now recommend a grease with moly such as Valvoline..
