Both JIM'S;
Please do NOT shut up.
It was Jim B's comments on the fire suppression system that got my attention
and I ordered the whole system from him.
I'll tell you this, I will have peace of mind knowing that I won't be
worried about not being able to put out a fire while driving my coach from
now on.
I'm not a shopper so I will always order my parts from you JIM'S, no matter
how long it takes to get them, as I know both of you need that support to
stay in business.
My new furnace from Jim K. arrived the second day after I ordered it.
Pretty Darn good service I say.
BIG THANKS TO BOTH OF YOU

I tell you this too, people must think since they are buying the part from a
"specialty house" that they are paying more. They take that as a given and
will
do anything to not buy it from us. If they think that, they should
investigate-- if they do I have found that in fact we are lower than most
other
sources but if they never check it out, they perpetuate the myth that you
and I
are too high. Sure that's not fair but it has to be people are doing it. Why
else would they work so hard to source parts when all they would need to do
is
call one of us. This is very frustrating-- here's an example:

The front brake hose is a (BH-36675) rubber brake hose. You can find them
for @
$42, we have a Teflon lined, braided stainless steel, plastic sheethed, DOT
made
hose complete with antibraid freying buttons-- a beautiful piece of
equipement
for $39. Wait--- that's not a typo, a better part by far is actually cheaper
than an OEM rubber replacement part! There are many more lke that. So tell
me
why I'm upset, we spent good $ to produce that brake hose just as you spend
time
& $ in offering so many parts at a good price for the community.

I'll shut up now,

Jim Bounds

Brian,
Most people call me for information.
I give you part# and also will tell you what we charge for them and we
leave it at that.
They know I do not expect them to purchase parts from us, but they
find that the local source do not stock them and will take longer to
get them and will order from us or from others.
Lot are surprised to see that we are here to help.
We have lot of people that have no time to shop around and rather have
us fill their order for them.
We have a staff of people here so I have the luxury of spending time
on the phone and helping.
We are starting to find that our prices are lower than Summitt on lot
of the parts and also stock parts that seem to work better than those
you canaquire locally.
