We finally got our 3D printer up and working here at work and I was able to print out a pair of new bunk latch covers. I am very happy with how they came out. They look fine without finishing, but a touch of sandpaper and paint would make them really nice. Take a look here.

For those interested they took about an hour and a half to print out. I will look back in the last thread for the next item to try.
