Altitude Compensating Quadrajet carburetor. This carburetor is a low-mileage original, jetted at Rochester for a 455 Olds engine. It was originally installed as-new on this engine in an automobile.
It has zero corrosion. It has been completely restored to brand-new condition, including bushing the primary throttle shaft for precision operation.
The correct zinc dichromate surface finish has been reapplied for corrosion control (this is not a spray-on imitation coating).
