After an unbelievable amount of time (almost 2 years), I finally found exactly what I was looking for. A 1978 GMC Center Kitchen Royale that WASN'T altered or modified in any way. It has all original paint & interior trim and all the equipment I was looking for (dual roof a/c, vacuum, microwave, roof rack/ladder,etc., etc.), and NOT a project coach.
No accident history or repaint history. It has been updated as far as the mechanicals & chassis are concerned (air bags, 3" exhaust, etc., etc.).
I'd just like to thank all the folks that helped me in my search. It was unbelieveable how many calls, emails, etc., I received with leads to what turned out to be my ultimate coach.
The one I found was the 2nd from the last coach built (by TZE #).
I guess what I need now is to find a good reliable mechanic that can perform the normal (and not so normal) servicing when the need arises. -
If anyone knows of a good service shop/technican somewhere in the northwest suburban Chicago area, plese let me know.
Again, thanks to all for your help. Smile

Chicago is about 350 miles from Marysville, Ohio where Tom Hampton's "Grandview Motorhome" is located. He's working on my coach now and is one of the GMC Specialists. His phone number is (937) 644-4238.

I don't think this is close enough for a quickie tune-up, but if you need a specialist - he's near enough.

Congratulations on the new coach!
