THE END IS NEAR
September 11th at 6PM is the cutoff for orders for windshields at the GMCMI rally in Corunna.
I always have a couple of late people that are disappointed when they contact me after the cut off date.
So if you are interested in having your windshield(s) replaced at the GMCMI rally in a couple of weeks, get to me now BEFORE it is too late.

Maybe I ought to offer a 2 for 1 sale. Just joking. We have plenty of orders.
I am just making sure every one that wants in gets in. I over reserved what we thought we needed and I still have room for 3 coaches left. After tomorrow night I tell them exactly what what we want and release the extras back to inventory. They start building the wood crates to match what we ordered. Then they load and weigh them and send out for shipping bids. Everything is frozen for sure then then. That is usually the same or the next day.
How is everything in Georgia? Are you coming this way for the rally? There is no snow on the ground here yet.

I haven"t talked to Mitch at all. Someday if I make it to Texas, I will look him up again. I just looked at the spring rally in Texas. It is closer than the Mississippi one I showed up briefly for this year. The problem is Houston is still a bit farther than that.

Well, the windshield are on their way. They were picked up Friday and I asked for a Wednesday delivery in Corunna, MI. It is only 178 miles. I think the trucking company should be able to make it in 5 days even if they they get lost a couple of times along the way.

We had one more pair that we could have done and two single ones that showed up at the rally cracked. We did not have the windshields available on site for them to do it and did not find out the need until Saturday. The warehouse is closed on Saturday. Usually they do between 22 and 28 but the last two rallies were down a bit to eight pairs in Corunna.
