What year were combination speedometers showing both, kilometers and miles in Canada, and miles and kilometers in the U.S. installed?

1977.
1973-76 had the 120 MPH speedo. 1977-78 had the 140/85 MPH/km/h speedo.

Our '77 PB has large MPH and small KPH numbers, but it was sold into the USA and later imported to Canada by a PO.

I believe Canada officially moved to the metric system in 1976, but that was 47 years ago now.

My father's '76 GMC pickup had large KPH and small MPH numbers.... at least I'm fairly sure.

Jim Bounds had a bunch of those removed speedometers he removed when doing dash upgrades. You might call him before they go to auction on the 20th.
