During a recent trip to the AZ hills, I needed to access the collective wisdom of the GMCforum. I didn't recall my password, which my PC automatically enters, so created a new one. I did what I needed to do and figured I would just update the password when I got home.
Nope. I tried entering the new password, and every possible typo, but no joy. I have requested a password reset at least a dozen times, but haven't seen any reply email. My phone can still log on, but the password is not visible under any conditions, but it will let me send this.
Can anyone please send me a password reset email so I can quit trying to type on this itty-bitty phone "keyboard"?

Maybe Change your password from your phone, and write it down, then use it on your computer?
