When resealing my windows I came up with a problem with the window felt seal.
Well not the seal but the window glass.
The fixed window bows out about 3/16” more than the sliding window.
I quess but don’t know that one glass may have been changed at one time leading to the problem.
A simple fix may be a felt seal that is thicker. Any idea if available?
Or should I just replace one or both window glass?

I took my right big window out of the coach a few weeks ago. I had a left window installed on the right side of the coach from Coachman, which made the slider in back, exposing the mullion seal to rain water while driving. So I removed the whole window, disassembled it, and reversed the fixed/slider glass positions to have the slider closed when toward the front of the coach.
During the course of events while trying to get my window to slide easier in the new felts, I discovered that the slider was actually formed differently on the front than the back, meaning that it has a larger space between it and the fixed glass when open, but as it slides shut, it has less space. The curvature is not consistent for its entire length, but changes incrementally.
Now I don't know if that is an anomaly, or if it was designed that way, and I don't know if it applies to you, but here is that information, for what it is worth.
Also, I discovered that the replacement felts are too thick in the bottom section, causing a great deal of resistance to the glass while trying to operate. I made a jig using a razor blade, and shaved some of the thickness on the bottom of the felts, which remedied the problem. I had read that someone else had taken their glass to a glass shop, and had them sand 1/16" off the top and bottom of both pieces of glass. That would be the ideal solution, if the proper thickness felt is not available.

I just fixed mine using a taller window felt from amazon.
Sliding sash Windows Doors Tape Pile Brush Seal Strip weatherstrip 7mm x 8mm (7/24 5/16 Inch, Gray)
It's a little tight top and bottom but just right in the middle.
My alternate plan was to use 3 pieces/ tall in the center and lower, standard, on the top and bottom.
