Having been to one rally at Lebanon, and leaving this week for #2, I want to remind all who will attend GMC MI Rally in September.
Bring extra water hose and water hose "y" connector, a 4 way might be useful. The water outlets will be shared, count on it. Electrical extension cord maybe useful, but there are many 50A, 30A and even 20A outlets around the fairgrounds. There are only 2 dump sites, so plan carefully. The only shower point we could find is in bathhouse #3. Plenty of other restrooms around the fairgrounds. I would also suggest arriving with empty black and grey tanks, and a full fresh water tank.
I know that Kim will also remind you of these needs.
See you in September.

We did find a second shower point, but it is not convenient to the general RV parking area.
See you in September.

For the road warriors planning on International at Lebanon.
My wife and I are no-hosting a pre-International rally at Gadsden, Al.
Noccoulua Falls Campground. We will be there from Thursday, Sept 22 until Sunday, Sept 27 when we will leave for the 200 miles to Lebanon. Kim needs arrival time to be after 1400.
Everyone is invited. No one in charge. Make your reservation at the campground. 256 543 7412.
Full hook-ups on concrete pads for about $23 a night. Includes cable tv.
Many interesting things in the area.
Tom

For the No-Host in Gadsden, We have the use of the clubhouse for Thursday, Friday and Saturday. This is at no charge to us.
So far, it appears that we will have about 12 coaches and two couples staying in local hotels.
Still time to get in on the party.

Unfortunately, we can't make it after all. Sad Lebanon trip is in question as well. Plans in flux in the short term. Have cancelled Noccalula Falls reservations for site "B-4", so that is available for anyone who can use it. Hate to miss it and ya'll.

We wanted to, but we aren't going to make it now either.

On the way home from a gathering, the coach threw all here belts and we shut down with coolant boiling out. I am going to do the complete diagnostic before I do anything else.
(Well, I am going to order belts today.)

I called AAA to set up a tow home. We didn't hear anything so after an hour Mary called to check only to be told that the didn't have anybody they could send. It would have been nice to know that sooner.

Well, we got home safely and the coach has received no collateral damage, but I can't image being able to do everything she may need in time enough to make Lebanon.
