Due to some sort of contretemps at his shop, Mike Sadlon the fiberglass guru is recovering from a couple of bullet wounds (his friend Joe was killed) In that there will surely be arrests and legal procedures concerning this, details are quite sketchy. I don't have an address, but a get well post on GMC Fiberglass will get to him.

He has info out there. Looks like he was caught in crossfire, but bottom line is he is alive. And on long road to recovery and who knows if he will physically be able to do his work in the future. He has taken alot of his time and money to help reproduce parts we need.

I had pleasure of getting to know mike at chippawa falls and he is exactly the kind of person who we all know owns a gmc. Too notch person that is a big asset
To our “hobby” that is like an extended “family”.

Any more info on what happened, Johnny? I checked online but didn't find any police reports or such.

I don't have any. I suspect there won't be any anytime soon, since the authorities are surely involved, and there will surely be legal consequences. Let's just hold out for his full recovery very quickly. It will (eventually) all come out in the wash.

Okay, thanks, Johnny. I'm not on Facebook due to an extreme Meta-physical revulsion, so I was curious as to how Mike was doing. Sending positive waves in his direction.
