I’m guessing this is the infamous cracked exhaust manifold? I had an exhaust leak that I was hoping was a blown out gasket… I bet this was the issue?!?! Hmm… replacement factory manifold or headers???

We just came from Sirum's GMC in Okeechobee Fl. I think I saw a pile of them in the back room. Maybe give him a call.

Replacement from Sirum or Cinnabar would be the least expensive and easiest way to go. Bolts in without a lot of hassle. Given the crack across the sealing surface,I'd get a set of the copper gaskets to seal if there's a minor dig in the port.
