For those who don't know, I've transferred the GMCMH Electric Wiper
business to my son Alan. He, being a computer expert for about 50 years
now, decided to create a new web site, GMCWipers.com, replacing the one
Billy Massey has run for me for the past 15 years or so, GMCWipersEtc.com.

Since neither Alan nor I uses Facebook, I'd appreciate it if someone would
post the availability of GMCWipers.com there. Otherwise, newbies may
suffer with their hydraulic wipers for too long. :-)

Kim,

Thanks a lot! Alan stays too busy with his large-scale plotter consultancy
to have much time for GMC-related stuff, so I'm still trying to help out a
little. The community's assistance is greatly appreciated.

Mac,
Call Nick and he will give you the part no. as we supply the same kit
complete with all the blts and nuts.
We find that majority of our customers like all the parts in one kit so
they do not need to run around looking for small parts.

I bought one of the last production run Ken did, with all the marbles except the motor ass'y, which I got new Cardone from Advance. Hardware, tidpits, wired plug and harness, etc. It goes in second GMC chore pending. Gotta be there before Patterson.

Johnny,

Don't be surprised by that new Cardone motor. Before you mount the base
plate, check to see whether the motor-gearbox connection is clear of the
plate when the 3 mounting feet are seated on the plate. A slight (<1/8")
interference there is what caused the surgery on the latest production
run. You'll see where you can modify the plate slightly if there is
interference -- hopefully you won't have any.

WE supply the motor with the Kit with the Metric Bolts and Loc nut so you
don't need to chase around parts supply.
