Anybody else want to buzz up the Atchafalaya to the Old River Control Structure one day from Patterson? I want to see what will be inundated when we get a big flood and the Mississippi changes course. If it does so uncontrolled the economic results will make the pandemic costs look like poots in a whirlwind. It's pretty much a foregone conclusion it will change, but there's no agreement on when... hundred years from now, or the '22 spring floods, or when, nor is there much agreement on longterm warning.
