I found what I was looking for, and have a Kia toad, so I no longer need this toy:

It has the matching front wheels since the pictures were taken, and a new windshield. It is a ratrod. The mechanics are put together correctly, it will fly. Built by a Delta mechanic. If you wish to communicate with him, send me your contact info and I will pass it to the last number I have for him which is several years old. You may or may not get an answer. His wife worked at the time for Summit Racing in their home orifice here, I suspect that's where most of the goodies originated. eBay/Craigslist will see it for $4K. GMCers are encouraged to offer. Tow bar included.
