Part # 7041242, best as I can tell this is a NOS for a 1971 Buick 455, Stage 1, automatic or manual. Been in my garage long enuff. Complete unit. Looks okay to me, and needs a rebuild.
Yours for the cost of shipping - looks like about $25 UPS.

I have a #7043240 LA on my Buick 455 and your carb should work just fine. If not I will be able to build one good carb out of two. Thank You.
