I created a CAD model of the plastic part that surrounds the hole in the ceiling where you clip the straps of the top bunk into.
This is copied from the ones on my 1978 Royale. The plastic part was designed to use flat head screws but coachman had used pan head screws on mine.
So I included models better suited to use the pan head screws as well as well as blank parts for those who have removed the bunks.
Parts are available in white, green, yellow, blue and orange and I could add some more colours if requested.

You can get them through shapeways, a 3D printing company I use for one of my other hobbies.

Thinking about making some other parts.....any suggestions?

I'd live to host them at http://bdub.net/3D_Printing/.
Thanks for sharing.

Let me know how well they fit. I got my part today and the mounting holes are a little closer together than the original.

I'm checking model Tomorrow and will fix it as necessary.
If your parts don't fit well, I'll refund your cost.

It will be a bit before I mount them. Please let me know if you have an
issue.

The mounting holes were 0.036" too close together. Fixed that and parts will now fit correctly.

meh... my eyes are 0.036" too close together. No big deal. I can make it
work as is.

Thanks for creating these!
