Hi,
I am interested to see if there are any owners within 100 miles on
Virginia Beach that would allow me to come take a look at their GMC. I
am looking to purchase one but I first need to get my wife on board. I
would like to take her to see the interior finished or not on one of the
GMC's. I look forward to hearing from somebody close.

Thanks

I suggest you check with the tidewater crabs GMC club and see when their next get together is.....

There are lots of different layouts and finishes and I suggest you try to see them all before choosing.

I also read the last few years of posts in this forum. You will learn a lot about these machines.

Where are you, Matt? I am in Smithfield and you can look at mine if you want. Fairly neat and complete, almost stock interior, except for the bathroom door being removed for repair(which was a can of worms best left alone, even if it was damaged). In the carport now, so rain is not a factor in viewing it.

The TWC rally in VA Beach isn't until Oct, so it would be a while. There
are a couple members in the VA Beach area though. You can try posting
something on the facebook group or using the contact us on the website
(bottom of the page).

I second Pete's advice. Not only will you benefit from seeing the layouts, you (and your wife) will no doubt be encouraged by a warm and welcoming community of GMC owners. It will also give you an opportunity to discuss real market value for various conditions with owners that are well informed on that subject. I'm a bit outside your 100 mile radius but would be happy to accommodate a tour of our coach should you find yourself near Baltimore. Interior layout is original but updated in 2001. Updating the rear bedroom now. Good luck!

Hi Matt,

We have a couple coach owners down in VA Beach. I just forwarded your contact info to them as they aren't on the net here. They'd most likely be happy to show you around. We have a couple out in Williamsburg and Richmond as well and def take up Terry's offer to show you his coach too.

We're up in Northern VA near Shenandoah NP if you're ever up this way. We have 2 coaches in our driveway in great condition.

And if you are looking locally for one, this one is in Hampton, near Poquoson, and has been parked there at least the past 2 years, but I think longer than that. I have not found anyone to ask about it the 3 or 4 times I have stopped in to check it out. There is no for sale sign on it, but it is obviously not getting used and the owner may want to part with it, if you can find out their identity. The VIN # is correct, I opened the hood and got a pic of it on the plate.
