Thought I would post a picture of the upgrade I did to my passenger side dash. Lisa wanted vents that were multi-directional and ones that she could close 100%. I found this two online and they worked great. I was looking for some nice woodgrain plastic for the longest time, finally found an old flower planter at the Habitat store for $2.00 that worked perfect.

Very nice, how did you plumb them into the system?

I just took a whistle grinder to the old dash and made the openings round. Then sealed up any places where air could escape into the back of the dash. Each new vent has foam tape around the back sealing it too.
