Well after much struggle several cracks, and some actual panel damage I finally got the rear panel loose from the rear window frame. For whatever reason, my PO glued/sealed the panel to the window frame. (Sigh)
So first things first, can I get this out of the full interior coach without taking out a window? Because i dont see it.
Next will be checking for where the large leak(s) is coming from.

As I understand the problem, the easiest way to remove the rear cap is through one of the rear side windows. Windows are not hard to remove and re-install. Just have help. I found the double suction cup glass handle available at Harbor Freight makes handling the window easier. It's a great tool. I personally have removed/replaced six of the rear windows on three different coaches.
Have help, extra hands are also necessary.

I just removed mine a few months ago and I had the same fear. I found that is was flexible enough to easily maneuver it down the hall and out the door. I then installed new CR Lawrence windows. So it had to go back in the same way. I then installed new CR Lawrence side windows. So it had to go back in the same way. No Problems.

I asked the same question about a year ago.
I handed off a "leg" to Lorraine through the side window and out it went.
Return was the same. The window doesn't have to be removed, just opened .
