You can order this in extra thicknesses. This is a family owned business. They make the stuff on site. I took a plant tour and watched them make a special order. It is nothing to change the machine doing final assembly of the product with more layers of foam or different widths. Very nice people. They came out to tour my GMC while I was there. .

There use to be an R value on their web site but I have not looked lately. It is primarily a reflective insulation and R value is more of a conductive measurement. This stuff can also be used under carpet. We have several hangars using it under roof panels.
I have also seen it used as house wrap on new construction.
