Howell with a GM 454 TB, and spark control. Drove it down the street. Seemed to run out of gas once. Might have been an air pocket from somewhere. Need to make the throttle arm longer. As the pedal pressure is a little high. So how do you lower the idle? Bob Dunahugh

Bob,
I have the EBL on my EFI now, but the Howell seemed to be a bit finicky about the throttle sensor setting. Here is a link that might help you. It should relate to the 454 TB as well.

Drive it litttle more as the computor will start learning.
