I know I've seen them but can't seem to find a vacuum hose diagram for the engine on a 1975. Anyone have the information?

Hal,
There is isn't much in the manual's section 6T because there isn't much.
Both X7425and X7525 show about the same thing with exception for California.
There are really only three parts.
The distributor advance set shown in 6T - Figures 9 & 10
The intake air stove covered in the early part of 6T
The PCV system gets a little attention at the very beginning of 6T
The single line from the canister to the carburetor base gets an honorable mention in section 8.
Other than that, there is the vacuum sources for the brake booster and the HVAC and those are just more manifold taps.
The 49 state versions are pretty close to pre-EPA rule engines.
