Well, sorry guys. I typed up a long explanation of the serp setup.
But the list moderator rejected it as too long. I'm too tired to sort it
out
and try to fix it.

That sucks! After seeing your Cad solution I am really interested in what you came up with. There are a lot of things I can do but fabrication isn't my strong suit.
