Rob, does it go low enough and have enough travel to be able to change tires at front and rear?

Pete,

If it's a flat front tire I'd say it would fit under the lower control arm. If it's a rear I wouldn't venture a guess as don't know
if it will fit under the bogie.

Having noted that you're not going to find a floor jack that goes lower.
