It appears that the Air Tec E8094 external pump with it's 17 psi max. Will work with my 1988 454 TB. So then I need to install 2 of them. Bob Dunahugh 78 Royale

Bob,
That pump appears to be Ok pressure and volume wise, but doesn't seem to have an internal check valve. So you will also one of these or similar on each pump:

Others more knowledgeable may know of a suitable pump with a built-in check valve.

I think those are gear pump's and won't backfeed. Bud I'd still install
similar check valves from McMaster.com for half the price.
