he newer Dio Boards have the higher value resistors, etc as they are always
improving them.
We move lot of them,

Ken B I still have old K1 relay that as it turns out is probably fine so I may open and give it a shot.

Ken H, I measured the resistance across in and out on K1, open on both K1's. Resistance from S to the left side of upper K1 ( KH diagram) 4.2 ohms, open to right side.
Choke to ground 1.2 ohms.
Starter solenoid S to ground .4 ohms.

I do not think that I would be chasing the resistor value on the Dino board. That resister is in series with the relay coil of K2, not K1 that we are working on. If K2 was not working there would be no power to the ignition or fuel pump and the engine would die due to lack of fuel an ignition.
