I just got two from Manny last week here in Cedar Rapids Iowa. Ones not going in for a few weeks. And there's one in the Twin Cities that I dropped off last week. Put in some TransX from Auto Zone. That just could save a tow. It got Barb's GMC from Shawnee Ok to Cedar Rapids Iowa in April. And Got Mike Kelly the 200 miles home to Ill last Fall. Mikes went totally dead in Mo. Call me ASAP 319-521-4891 Cell Bob Dunahugh

Things are working out. Jared is coming tomorrow to pick up the trans. Manny is sending me another trans to replace that one. So Jared has time to get ducks in a row for Monday install. Then back on track for their Yellowstone vacation.

Thanks so much. We ended up finding a great transmission shop here in Algonquin owned by a guy who has installed many a transmission in our beauties. The last was 15 years ago but he's been around the block a few times. He'll install the Manny tranny for us on Monday thus saving Ken a drive up here and a full days labor and preserving the time for my wife and I to have an actual vacation. Well worth the grand he'll charge me to install it. And he's letting us camp in his parking lot until it's done. Much better than the side of the road.

Will report on how well he does in case anyone ever needs a competent transmission installer in the area.

Thanks so much for all your help.

Jared
