Ill spare the details but Im now unexpectedly caring for an elderly loved one. I need to sell my coach in order to offset bills that I know will be coming. A few respected locals have seen/worked on the coach. I looked today and managed to put 1202 miles on it since I purchased it just over 2 years ago. Im working on a craigslist ad and with Bdub for the facebook crowd. This is a running, driving, camping, on the road coach. PRICE ASKING $17,000.00 For the Moment PM me and I will email you photos. Photos now loaded http://www.gmcmhphotos.com/photos/g6991-coach.html

Sooner than Later......
Coach will need new tires. The tires are good and usable, but are now "aged out". 16.5 inch steel wheels. They were rebalanced a few weeks ago and the coach runs nice at 63-65 mph. The speedo is correct per GPS.
Coach will need at minimum new dinette upholstery, PO had a squirrel problem.
Coach will need to have hot water tank looked at or possibly adjusted. It runs and heats water, but sometimes shuts off, I think due to lack of air.
Coach could use new rubber coolant lines from engine to hot water tank, or remove the engine assist feature of the hotwater tank and do away with the coolant lines.

When you feel inclined....
Coach could use a new grey water tank, It had a crack and is repaired, it does not leak currently.
Coach could use a new coat of paint. There are some chips, scratches and fading consistent with 40 years of service. It does clean up well however.
The windshields are fogging at the bottom. They do not leak, no chips or cracks.
The dash is cracked in some spots. Its functional however.
The rear fiberglass in front of the Onan Door has damage. It should be repaired. About 6 inches or so.
Rear air has a slow leak in the tank or manifolds. The compressor works fine, pressure gauge installed and has correct pressure, but slowly looses pressure in the tank over a day or two. The bags do not leak, but have shut off valves and shrader valves installed.
Trans pan weeps a drop of fluid over a few days. The pan was dropped, and new gasket installed along with Mobil 1 ATF when I purchased it. It is running a NOS GM correct trans filter with approx. 1000 miles on it.
Bad ground in the speedo side of the odometer. Tap it and it comes on, Same with interior turn signals.
Toilet blade valve has a slow leak so water will not stay in the bowl.
Valve cover gasket on driver side is weeping a drop of oil. The gaskets were replaced a year ago.
Curtains, Im not a seamstress. There are curtains, they work, but could be better.

MISC. Michigan residents, this qualifies for a onetime lifetime registration under an Authentic plate from 1977 which will come with the coach. It was 38 bucks or so and it never expires. Other states may have the same laws. Insurance was approx. 500 a year, with storage only for a few months of the year.

ASKING $17,000.00

77 Royale, Rear Dry Bath. 403, 3.55 Final Drive, Lenzi goodies, Patterson carb and dizzy. Mid Michigan
