As shown in the Parts Book, pg 12-3, key # 41, part number 717953.

We need all 4 of these brackets that position the filler tube along the inside of the driver side frame rail.

The filler tube is secured to the brackets with radiator type hose clamps; brackets only needed (4); for 78 Eleganza II.

There are a lot of sanitary ways to secure that pipe. I would not get too caught up in locating the originals.
