After running my generator and inspecting it for condition I noticed that the foam material ( i am guessing it is original to the coach and is a heat barrier ? ) but it is falling apart and looks like it is melting ? I know this cant be good so I am going to replace it with a heat resistant material ? ( not sure exactly what to use yet ? ) but to do all this it looks like you need to remove the generator, so i would really appreciate anyones input on the best way to remove the generator ? I have a 78 Eleganza with a 6000 kw generator.
Thanks in advance !!
Brian.
