HA!
Wouldn't that be nice. they'd be more like $1 each then. We hit the first quantity discount (but I was going to order 100 regardless, they are good to have around!)
0-100 is one price
100-500 cheaper
500-1000
etc

I ordered 200. You guys have claimed 141 as of this posting, which means there are still 34 up for grabs.

You're on the list John.
Once they come in and I verify quality I'll figure out payment. It will likely be paypal or check although I may set up a quick site for CC.
Thanks,
Justin

Lights are in!
I'm doing a little testing before sending them out, but so far no real heat given off and they are hooked to a flasher to simulate on/off cycles and all is well so far!
I'll let everyone know tomorrow the payment details.

Mine arrived today. Thank you, Justin!

85 - 265 VAC. Now to figure out how to make these work on 12 VDC I don't want to do the inverter route, at least not for lighting.

Not sure how to do that...yet. LEDs themselves operate on ~5V like most semiconductors, so maybe it's as simple as splicing in a 12VDC to 5VDC voltage regulator and bypassing all the transformer, etc. I'll pull one apart tomorrow and see what the EEs say.

I just tried 2 of these on straight 12vdc. They worked fine, just strip the connector off the wire.
