Thanks Gary,
I enjoy taking the pictures, I like going back later and looking at them to see how far I've come. A project this size gets a bit overwhelming otherwise!
Next up is reworking the blackwater tank. Anyone have any input on venting? Rough plan for now is to run a 1.5" ABS pipe to the stock vent location on the passenger side of the coach and do away with the other one.

hi SONICJK, I like your plans.

I have considered this aswell but I decided against it for a couple of reasons. the tank is not always level, so when near full, it may need both vents in case one get blocked while driving (banked curves & sloped roads) and a vent should help with draining the sink on that side but in your case it looks like there is no plumbing on one side so that wouldnt be an issue.
I would like to do away with my left (drivers side) vent in an effort to regain counter top space. Ive removed the drawers about the counter top and routed the wiring through pvc conduit that Ive molded to fit inside the frame ribs (also did this in the roof) so if it wasnt for the vent line I would have a sooth clean wall above the counter top.
also looking for more input about this. my coach is gutted also at this point and I have taken some photos along the way, may start a thread too when I get further along with it.
looking forward to your updates to it and good luck with your project.

A lot of work has been done since the last update, but it doesn't look like much!
All the insulation is out, the flooring is in, the floor plan taped off, holes for the toilet and drains cut etc.
Finally got around to getting the EV6010 installed. I couldn't find a CAD file for the mounting tray, so I made one from the PDF from Bdubs site.
Cut a piece of ply for the tray on the CNC.
It fit's like a glove.
If anyone wants the file just let me know.
Decided with this much work into it I didn't want to keep the 40 yr old Duotherms, so they are being replaced with Coleman Mach 8 Low profile AC's front and rear. Got them for 599 each which I thought was a steal including the inside units.
Did some wiring as well. Wired up the Genset to the transfer switch, as well as the shore power input. Went with an external mount twist lock for the shore power, just cleaner IMHO. Mounted it under the license plate. I've done away with the factory compartment for this.
I used 6 Ga wire to go from shore power to transfer switch, and then when I wired the Genset I noticed that it is running MAYBE 10 gauge for the same load? What's up with this? Anyone else with a 6010 think the wiring is a bit inadequate? I may end up replacing it with larger wire, but for now it's wired up.
The transfer switch then goes to a Xantrex inverter transfer switch that will switch from inverter power to shore/generator power whenever it is present. This will go to dedicated circuits for the TV, stereo, and a couple of outlets.

10 gauge is ratedd 55 amps for 'chassis wiring'. For what that's worth. I used #6 on the heathen chinee 7500 Watt set. Doesn't cost enough extra to worry about. Two 30 (well, actually 28) amp legs so it ought to be robust enough.

A little more progress lately,
Got the new AC's in, they are quite nice! Not bad for 599 each I'd say
The rear AC hole was not positioned correctly to allow the new longer AC to sit facing forward, and we can't move it without putting the AC in the bathroom so I made the executive decision to mount it facing rearward. We won't be using it going down the road anyway, so it shouldn't matter. I may have to clean bugs out more often though. Anyway they look way better than the old duotherms! I temporarily hooked it upa nd started it up and it's significantly quieter too.
You can see in the photos that I have patched all the holes in the body from the inside. Waiting for warmer weather to do the exterior panels.
When we went to reinstall the propane compartment we looked at it and I decided that there was a ton of wasted space there, so we built an all new compartment. It was a little complicated as I had to curve the rear portion to fit it against the back wall, but no real hassle. We now have room for 2 grill tanks and 4 golf cart batteries in the compartment, along with room for cord storage.
While I was doing that Kathleen learned how to use glass mat and patched all the holes in the wheel wells.
I ordered all new window seals from Golby, waiting for warmer weather to install them.
Next up is wiring and plumbing, then spray foam insulation.
Then we can finally get to building some stuff!

At 600 bux for the A/C units, you ain't got hurt at all. Remember the wire rule when you pull - pull double.

Mac,
Most if not all ll rofftop ac's fit in the same 14x14 hole so in that respect yes they are a direct replacement. The only difference would be the air distribution box on the ceiling I believe is a little smaller on these than the original duotherms (I havent had them both in hand to check)
Basically you remove 4 bolts from the originals, pull them off the roof, clean that nasty sealant that they used, and put these on and tighten the 4 bolts. No modifications necessary.

I may drive up there tomorrow and see if I can pickup a couple. My old

Hi, Billy.
Any recommendations (up or down) on the Coleman Mach 8 Low Profile
that Justin Brady mentioned?

What would the rear unit hit if you had not reversed it?
