After finding the 75 in Az I have decided to sell her.. All that arranging and flying out to drive home to Florida plus added new tires, belts, hoses, and oil change. Drove it 2100 miles home in three & half days.. And now she's got to go... |
Found and bought a 23' Birchaven that has few miles, nice origional paint job, org. Interior, and power. I just could not pass on the 23'.
So, the 75 is up for sale.. I am only posting here right now because I'd like to see someone that is into the GMCs purchase her..and continue with the restoration.. I have not really gotten into it very much at all except on the Onan.
I have replaced the ring gear on the Onan, it was worn out from POs, alls good now on Onan..
One muffler needs replaced, blew that on Az to Fl trip from loose battery terminal causing low spark, I just did not see the alternator glowing.. My fault..
She's a horse on the road, plenty of juice, through Texas on I-10(I don't recommend that route as the roads were a mess through middle Tx) I was running just under their speed limit of 80 at 75mph... Avg. right at 10mpg on the trip which is what I expected.. At every stop I check heat with my handy dandy lazer temp sensor on brakes and bearings at each wheel ( which I documented for my own piece of mind but never once showed problems with the trip)and radiator to verify gauge (she ran under half mark on gauge the whole trip)
I'm asking only what I have into it.. SOLD

Please PM me if you have questions or? Will consider a trade if it has wheels or floats...Thanks
